Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. To keep things fair for all clients, the following applies to all appointments (Counselling & Coaching, Reiki Healing, Deep Reset Massage, and Intuitive Guidance & Tarot Reading):

24+ hours' notice: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment incur no fee.

Within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee.

No-shows: Missing an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.

Late arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to finish at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will still apply.

Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact me as early as possible so the time can be offered to another client.
