Every session at Free Yourself begins with finding out what your system actually needs that day. Not what worked for someone else, and not a one-size-fits-all approach. What you need. That is what shapes everything from here.


The difference between understanding your patterns and actually releasing them is the work that happens in the body.



Every session begins with listening and then goes deeper.

Before any session begins, I intuitively tune in to identify what your nervous system and body need that day, always guided by what feels safe and right for you. That might mean somatic work, counselling or coaching, EFT tapping, inner child work, Reiki, NLP, Time Line Therapy, or something else. The session is built around your system, not a predetermined plan.

From there, we work at the level where the pattern actually lives. That might mean noticing what is happening in your body as we talk. It might mean going back to a younger part of you that is still carrying something. It might mean working with your energy field directly. What it will always mean is that we go further than understanding alone.

From there, we create a tailored plan that may include:

  • Holistic counselling and trauma-informed coaching integrated into every session

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation built into the work throughout

  • EFT tapping, NLP, and Time Line Therapy applied where they are most relevant

  • Reiki and energy healing when the session calls for it

  • Intuitively tuning in to identify what is needed each time

The result is not just a clearer picture of yourself. It is a shift you feel in your body, not just understand in your head.
